The machine has been equipped with a 15” chainsaw, which enables cutting logs as thick as 36 cm in diameter. Palax D360 is an excellent choice for firewood processing, especially when the thickness of the processed logs varies significantly. The fast and reliable in-feed conveyor also lightens the workman’s burden. Automatic chain saw lubrication keeps the chain evenly lubricated during sawing, ensuring uninterrupted processing for the duration of the work. The machine is equipped with a high speed valve that splits small logs quickly. With thick logs, the motion slows down only for the beginning of the splitting when more force is required. The splitting channel’s debris grate lets through any debris from the splitting, leaving an end result of clean and easily dryable wood.
