Description

The Palax C900, a firewood processor with a circular saw-blade for demanding professional use, has been renewed: the C900.2 is now even more powerful and comes with the X-Aim automatic height adjustment of the splitting wedge, available as a factory installed accessory.  The Palax C900.2 is available as a Pro+ model and can also be ordered as an electric-only variant.

Palax C900.2 features an uncompromisingly fast 900 mm hard-metal blade. In addition to the blade, the splitting length of the wood is controlled by the patented Palax Optimi system. Together with the automatic rapid motion valve, it makes wood splitting unbeatably fast: the intelligent PowerSpeed splitting automatically detects the required splitting force and speed, speeding up the work cycle by up to 30%. Add to this the accessory X-Aim, an automatic height adjustment of the splitting wedge, processing firewood will become extremely easy.

The Palax C900.2’s smooth operation and comfort are further enhanced by the control panel that can be adjusted to the user’s height. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic log clamp and an out-feed conveyor with adjustable speed. Automatic V-belt tensioning increases the service life of both the V-belts and the entire power transmission. The cutting speed can also be adjusted in accordance with the type of processed wood. The machine also comes with quick-connectors for the Palax Midi and Mega log decks. The fully hydraulic joystick control, a robust in-feed conveyor and a 4.3 m long out-feed conveyor are making the processing of firewood effective and easy. 2/6 and 2/8 splitting wedges, among other things, are available as accessories.
